UK Postage

Items are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class post as standard. Royal Mail’s estimated delivery times for this service are within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch.

We offer free shipping on UK orders over £30. Use the code FREESHIPPING at checkout

Shipping costs are calculated by weight, starting at £1.50 for small items (such as cards & pin badges) up to a maximum of £3.50.

You can upgrade your delivery method to Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a tracked service with a next day delivery aim. The cost of this service is £7.50 per order. You can select the option at checkout. Please note our dispatch time of 2 - 3 working days is not included in the next day delivery time. If you need your order urgently please contact us before purchase to confirm we can meet your requirements.

Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 6 - 10 working days of placing it then please get in touch to let us know. We can often use tracking information to check if delivery has been attempted or if the parcel appears to be lost. If that is the case we will offer you the choice of a full replacement or a refund. Unfortunately delays due to strikes or seasonal delays are outside of our control. If you have any concerns about your order please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

International

We are are not currently shipping orders internationally due to ongoing Covid and Brexit related issues (sorry). If you still wish to place an international order you can do so but please contact us first for a postage estimate and be aware your order may take a while to reach you.

Buyers are responsible for any import or customs charges that may be owed. Packages may be taxed at the border and may incur a customs clearance/handling fee in the receiving country. This is outside of our control. Please check with your country’s relevant authority for customs/import tax information.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Royal Mail aim to deliver items to Europe within 3 to 5 working after posting and rest of world destinations within 6 to 7 working days after posting, but these times are currently extended due to Pandemic & Brexit issues.

Packaging

Small items such as cards and tea towels will be sent in stiff cardboard envelopes or letterbox size boxes.

Medium sized prints are sent flat in a protective cardboard wrap.

Large prints will be wrapped in tissue and rolled into sturdy cardboard tubes. Multiple prints will be wrapped together. We don’t send single large prints in flat packages as there’s much more likelihood of damage when sent flat. We recommend removing prints from their tube as soon as you receive them, to allow them time to uncurl (placing them under a heavy items (a stack of books or such like) will speed up the flattening process.

We aim to use recycled or recyclable packaging, and avoid the use of plastic packing where possible.

Returns

We gladly accept returns. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery and send items back within 30 days of delivery. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Items must be returned in their original condition. If items are returned damaged the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, which will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend you obtain proof of postage for returned items.

Damaged or Incomplete Goods

If your order should arrive damaged or incomplete please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a full refund or replacement.

 

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges. You will need to request a return (see above) and then place an order for the new item.
