Welcome to our Winter 2020 newsletter. What a year its been so far! We hope you're all staying safe and well despite the strange and challenging times we're living in. We're really missing chatting with all our lovely customers at fairs & events this year, we're so looking forward to when we can meet everyone in person again.

We just wanted to let you know about some of the new things we're been working on during lockdown, and we're also sharing a little discount code to say thank you, and to celebrate the Hepworth Online Christmas Fair this weekend 🎉

Event news and a new print!

We're excited to be taking part in the Hepworth Online Christmas Fair this weekend. In previous years this event has been the highlight of our Christmas season, with twinkly lights, a real live brass band and so many friendly faces old and new. To keep everyone safe this year its going online, but you'll still find a fantastic selection of makers showcasing their wares on the Hepworth Website.

We've been busy making a new very limited edition lino print which will be available exclusively at the event. Inspired by the autumnal treasure spotted on our daily walks, we will have just 12 of these prints for sale, all hand cut and hand printed in our Yorkshire studio. At £28 each (inc UK P&P) and fitting nicely in an A4 frame, we think they'd make a lovely gift. The event opens at 10am on Friday 27th Nov, and you can find the print for sale via the link below until Sunday night. We hope you like it!

New letterpress decorations

We've also been working on some new hanging decorations, die-cut from super thick cotton paper and letterpressed with shiny foil which catches the light beautifully. We've made a little copper orange squirrel, and two dark blue doves nestling in a pear tree. Ruth hung one on her fireplace next to the fairly lights (it's never too early for fairly lights is it?!) and it looked so magical twinkling and reflecting the light 💫 We so happy with the tactile feeling of these decorations, the thick stock combined with the emboss of the letterpress is so nice. It's got got our heads spinning with ideas of what to make next, we're so excited to come up with more ways to use this beautiful traditional process.
